How to Cancel Zoom Subscription [All you Need to Know]

If you no longer need your Zoom subscription, cancel it anytime on any device. If the subscription is billed using a computer, you can cancel the pro and add-on subscription through the Zoom web. If you’re subscribed using Android, you can cancel it directly through Google Play on an Android device or desktop browser.

Cancel a Pro Subscription on Web

In order to cancel a Zoom pro subscription, here’re the steps to follow:

1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management and then select Billing in the left panel.
3. In the Current Plans tab, look for the plan you want to cancel and select Cancel Subscription to stop the subscription’s auto-renewal.
4. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm and proceed.
5. Select a reason for why you’re canceling the subscription.
6. Once done, click Submit.

Now, your plan status will be changed to Canceled. You can still use the paid plan until the end of its term. After that, your subscription won’t get renewed and the account will be a free Basic account.

Get refunds on paid plans:

If your Zoom account is eligible for a refund, you can request it while canceling the pro subscription from the web. To do that,

1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click on Account Management and then click Billing.
3. On the Current Plans tab, go to the plan to cancel and select Cancel Subscription to stop the subscription’s auto-renewal.
4. If the account is eligible for a refund, click Need Help. The amount you’ll get in the refund will be shown on the next screen.
5. Then, click Cancel and Refund to agree to the refunds term and cancel your paid subscription.

To be eligible for a refund, the account must not be used from the last billing.

Cancel an Add-On Subscription on Zoom Web

1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management and then select Billing.
3. Under the Current Plans tab, find the add-on you want to stop automatic renewal for and click Cancel Subscription next to it.

The subscription will still be available for the rest of its term.

Cancel Zoom Subscription on Google Play from Android

1. Open your Google Play Store app and ensure you’re signed in with the same Google account you used to subscribe to Zoom.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3.  Tap Payment & subscription > Subscriptions.
4. Select your Zoom subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow on-screen prompts.
6. Select a reason for the cancelation from the options and tap Continue.
7. Finally, tap Cancel Subscription to confirm.

Cancel Zoom Subscription on Google Play using Desktop Browser

1. Visit the Google Play Store using a desktop browser and ensure you’re signed in with the Google account you used for the Zoom subscription.
2. Click My subscriptions in the left panel.
3. Select Zoom Subscription and click Manage.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. Choose a select for the cancelation from the options and click Continue.
6. Confirm your request by clicking Cancel Subscription.
